Marketing Assistant

Title: Marketing Assistant Location: NY-New York Marketing Assistant will support three important Regional Brand Marketing Center responsibilities. Assist categories in Reporting on Innovation and Market Performance- monthly and quarterly reports for the Category Leadership Team. Aggregate the regional review via regional tracking system. New product development ( Color/Personal Care) small sub-brands. Develop new products and input to global. Competitive understanding in market new product development tracking system.  1-2 years of work experience in related field .    Prior Beauty or Marketing Experience is not necessary .    Solid analytic skills - very comfortable with Systems and use of Quantitative Data .    Candidate can demonstrate the following: Project Leadership with a team - in any context (college, grad school, prior work experience etc), Initiative and Follow Through, Use of data/analysis to solve a business challenge .    Communicates effectively and with confidence .    Creativity and desire to work in Beauty/Avon
