Defense Economic Analyst, Middle East Issues

This position will analyze defense economics issues concerning a variety of Middle Eastern regions. The contract analyst shall be responsible for participation in collective estimative and interagency products and processes involving all-source economic analysis to include, but not limited to, economic and financial stability, defense spending, international economic engagement, political-economic analysis, and the involvement of groups, such as the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps and bonyads in economy. Required MS Office, automated message search engines (e.g. WISE or Pathfinder or equvilent) 11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD Familiarity with military intelligence analysis and strong analytical skills Strong oral and written communications skills Military/force protection experience Ability to work in crisis situations when/if required, including travel, shift work, and weekend duty.
