MIDAS Training Lead

Training support to the Governments premier advanced maritime analysis center. Using an understanding of the functional responsibilities of naval intelligence and knowledge, skills, and abilities of an advanced and experienced intelligence analyst, the contractor shall assist the government in selecting modules, identifying commercial training support, developing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, reviewing, critiquing, and modifying the Maritime In-Depth Analytical Sabbatical (MIDAS) course to teach higher level analytic techniques. Required -14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhD  MBA or BA in Business Management with equivalent experience in a corporate environment

Desired -10 yrs exp as instructor and course developer with 5 of those yrs in the intelligence community -Familiar with corporate planning and implementation of plans to address strategic goals  - Experience developing and administering training programs with skills requisite to coordinate and instruct large groups efforts  - Solid technology foundation and understanding of IC tools and systems  - Articulate oral and written communications skills w/ leadership and team building experience BAE Systems is the premier global defense and aerospace company, delivering a full range of products and services for air, land, and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, information technology solutions, and customer support services.
