MDA Battle Lab Operations

Work is within the naval intelligence community. Maintain familiarity with the MDA Spiral technologies; assist with program management of MDA technologies; participate in MDA experiments and exercises; document the results of experiments as well as analyst feedback regarding technologies; and assist in the development of doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures. Support the customer in the scheduling, administration, and management of programs and facilitate experiments and exercises in the use of analytic tools, new processes, and methods. Ensure system readiness in and manage scheduling of the Battle Lab. Coordinate meetings and demonstrations of developing technologies. Required 14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhD BA or BS in Economics, Business Management or Business Finance with 8+ years of program management and budget management experience in a corporate environment OR experience managing operations as a senior enlisted member with the equivalency of E-7 or above. - Understanding of aspects associated with program mgmt and budget mgmt; requirements/processes for technology acquisition,  -Documentation of program/technology development using MS Office applications.  - 4 yrs significant applied leadership experience in methods of research and analysis and utilization of basic mgmt tools BAE Systems is the premier global defense and aerospace company, delivering a full range of products and services for air, land, and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, information technology solutions, and customer support services.
