BAE Systems is seek a self-motivated, articulate, organized and hardworking candidate to work with the Advanced Concepts group. In this role, the successful candidate will utilize a systems engineering approach to define and provide solutions for emerging Customer needs and will work closely with the Solutions Architect to define and implement the long term strategy for BAE Systems support to the Navys Strategic Systems Programs office. The successful candidate must have extensive experience with end to end systems engineering processes and methodologies to include concept exploration, system architecture, requirements definition, configuration management, risk reduction and management, system integration and verification, and systems maintenance. In addition, the successful candidate must have extensive experience utilizing tools and methods in one or more of the following areas: modeling and simulation, optimization, system dynamics, interface control, numerical and/or statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to represent BAE Systems at critical meetings within the Strategic Systems Programs community and actively contribute through well articulated and value added thoughts and/or briefings to large audiences. Active DoD Secret security clearance -Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with minimum of 4-6 years of applied end to end systems engineering experience. -Experience with Enterprise Architecture Development -Experience in requirements management.
