AGI Editor

The candidate will support the Customer in creating, developing, and maintaining an active program of information sharing both within and external to the Customer using a variety of media and formats. The required tasks involve the use of superior technical writing skills, and a significant level of understanding of Advanced Geospatial-Intelligence (AGI) sensors, tools, techniques, and products The tasks willll include: 1/2 The candidate will collaborate with Customer image scientists and managers in planning and drafting AGI material, and advise on the form and content of AGI products. 1/2 The candidate will provide intermediate and advanced AGI correspondence, articles, policies, CONOPS, and plans focused on the delivery of AGI products to the Customer and other Geospatial Community members. 1/2 The candidate will create AGI graphics and materials for a Customer outpost that creatively portrays all Customer programs to customers, both internal and external. 1/2 The candidate will directly support the Customer Director with AGI and other miscellaneous written materials. This includes, but not limited to, executive briefing materials; briefings; and notes for presentation to other directorates, IC partners, service schools, associations, and private industry. Required 1/2 Demonstrated successful experience with MS Office and graphic design 11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD 1/2 At least 7 years experience in producing specialized finished technical reports 1/2 At least 7 years experience as a significant contributor of content as a member of technical and analytical teams producing analytical intelligence 1/2 Ability to review and edit technical reports for formatting and accuracy 1/2 Demonstrated oral and written communication skills 1/2 Demonstrated customer support and interpersonal skills 1/2 Successful experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team of technical specialists. 1/2 Ability to work independently when necessary 1/2 Working knowledge of the Customer and the Community 1/2 Working knowledge of AGI is desired BAE Systems is the premier global defense and aerospace company, delivering a full range of products and services for air, land, and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, information technology solutions, and customer support services.
