Systems Analyst - Field Technical Customer Support

The selected applicant for this position will support Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Special Communications Requirements (SCR) Divisions sustainment program in the National Capital Region (NCR). Provide onsite direct support for customers throughout the National Capital Region. Troubleshoot system-level malfunctions and perform corrective maintenance on a wide range of Communication and Electronics (CE), Audio Visual (AV), IT, and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) equipment. Perform Evolutionary Technological Insertions (ETI), system-level tests, troubleshooting, remove faulty equipment and insert functional equipment, and conduct training on various Command and Control platforms. Conduct operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of installed equipment. Respond to customer requests for assistance. Maintain a log of trouble reports and update the NAVAIR SCR sustainment website with progress and work performed. Provide support in the development of logistics documentation, engineering and design, material acquisition, production/integration, and testing support. Deploy to various locations throughout the NCR to support operational exercise and training.

This position is located in Washington DC. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidate. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate to Washington DC or surrounding areas.
