Lead Teller - Full Time 001LTFT0909 Location: Flushing, NY Last Updated: 11/04/2009 Job Description: The Lead Teller is responsible for assisting in monitoring and guiding the work activities of the Bank Teller staff to ensure courteous and efficient customer service. The Lead Teller verifies and authorizes day to day transactions while assisting branch management team. Must be able to serve customer in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The successful candidate is customer focused, goal oriented and possess excellent supervisory skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Also required prior banking experience with knowledge of bank products and services. Flexible full time schedule including Saturdays. May be required to work weekends and extended hours.
