Sends general correspondence and literature providing information about Inova Health System. Responds to voice mail messages and calls patients to schedule or reschedule classes or appointments. Ensures web registrations are complete and entered.  Requirements: A minimum of 2 years clinical office/hospital experience with typing skills of 30 WPM.Excellent verbal communications skills, excellent customer service, excellent English vocabulary & spelling, bilingual English/Spanish or English/other language a plus.  Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
