This position supports EDS business the State Department in Washington, DC. This position requires a Secret/Top Secret Clearance. Telecommuting is not an option. This position is an Earned Value Management support for programs and associated projects supported the Department of State and the stimulus. This position is in support of numerous "Security Contracts", and this individual will be managing and coordinating all of the planning, financial modelling, development of formulas and graphing to ensure that customer requirements are met. You will have a strong understanding of security contracts, business risks, industry and business trends as well as a wide range process and modelling activities. Qualifications Secret/Top Secret Clearance BA/BA in Finance or related field 6+ Years in Finance with 3+ years in EVMS ITIL certification a real plus Earned Value Management Systems is required.
