Qualifications U.S. GOVERNMENT CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI W/ FULL-SCOPE POLY LOCATION: FT. MEADE, MD JOB DESCRIPTON: Work with clients to design, develop, and integrate IT processes and procedures using ITIL/ITSM best practices and industry standard frameworks. Implement new technologies, define new processes, and adopt industry-recognized best practices. Lead the IT process improvement and associated working groups and deliver formalized processes in the areas of IT service management, IT governance, and IT strategic planning. Provide insight and advice on emerging process and control frameworks. Create and maintain project schedules and resource usage plans across multiple efforts. QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Computer Science or related degree Foundation Certified in ITSM 3+ years of experience with IT process improvement projects 1+ years of experience with supporting the DoD Experience or Practitioner Certification specifically in Configuration, Change, Release, Incident, Problem Management, and Service Desk.
