Perform hardware troubleshooting, hardware configuration, repair and testing of computers, servers, and networks. Maintain Government and/or vendor manufactured telecommunications equipment to include: fiber optic modem, multiplexers, fiber optic/Ethernet cables, ATM switches, telephone systems (Meridian switches). Demonstrate leadership abilities in providing technical support and supervision of more junior hardware support technicians. Required Skills: 2 years experience required. 12 years of hardware troubleshooting, repair, and testing and a minimum of 5 years with the installation and configuration of computer and network telecommunications equipment and cabling is highly desirable. Required Education(including Major): Bachelors degree. Degree in a tecnical field is desired. This position requires a TS/SCI w/Fullscope Polygraph Security Clearance.
