Provide effective leadership and guidance to a technical writing team, resulting in the timely delivery of technical documents. Interact with other functional teams, manage and plan projects with adequate staffing, and develop new products with media and state of the art applications. Individual must be able to focus on the team and their deliverables, and provide strong technical expertise, which is essential to ensure a continuous productive and efficient team effort. Further, develop, write, and edit technical publications dealing primarily with medical laboratory-related products; ensure publications meet companys high standards for technical and regulatory accuracy, clarity, tone, and style; ensure documentation is produced in an efficient and timely manner; and communicate technical information to various audiences.
