Compliance Education Coordinator

The Research Compliance Monitor and Training Coordinator will be involved with the establishing and executing of a research compliance monitoring program and a research and compliance training program to ensure that research projects with human subjects are conducted in accordance with federal regulations and University IRB policies, especially from high-risk protocols. The position will also develop recommendations related to findings of protocol audits and provide specialized training on identified findings as required. Masters degree with 7 - 10 years experience in a monitoring training position, preferably in the areas of clinical as well as social science and behavioral research in a university or health services setting.
