Based in Philadelphia Territory covers the city of Philadelphia. JOB PURPOSE To meet sales goals and objectives by successfully promoting, within an assigned sales territory, Lifelines Full Service product line to referral sources within the elder care and patient advocacy community. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES ? Develop and implement a sales plan for assigned territory with the goal of meeting or exceeding goals for Lifeline services. ? Design, implement, and manage referral development marketing strategies with key accounts to achieve customer and Lifeline goals.(targeting 45-50plus accts per week) ? Coordinate with Lifelines service organization to improve and increase customer service standards. ? Forecast potential sales/referrals in territory. ? Provide consultation and training to customers regarding: ? New products, policies, procedures, and ? Marketing activities to increase awareness and utilization of products and services. ? Participate in conferences, health fairs, and other promotional events when appropriate. ? Take a proactive part in promoting Lifelines commitment to meeting customers? needs by providing an established standard of service. KEY CONTACTS Internal: Consumer Services Representatives External: Referral Sources for Lifeline Services (e.g., Hospital discharge planners, VNA, home health care agencies) Your Profile: QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience: ? Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience. ? Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in public relations, fund raising, or relationship development. ? Health care or elder care experience desirable. Other: ? Self-starter with high energy level. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. ?
