Provides social work services to clinic patients. Assists staff in the development of patient treatment plans and coordinates provision of social work services. Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency related information. Requirements Masters Degree in Social Work. LMSW required, LCSW preferred.
