The Milford processing plant has an opening for a Team Leader ? Shipping (Night Shift) and is pursuing qualified candidates for immediate placement. The position responsibilities are: Train, direct, and develop subordinates to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements within the department/area. Supervise production staff to ensure product quality and integrity, and ensures all finished product meets or exceeds customer requirements. Create and maintain an environment that is conducive to retaining associates. Consistently administers company policies and procedures. Support and promote the companys annual People, Products, and Profitability goals through effective and efficient planning, communication, coaching, training, and overall direction of the workforce. Create and implement, with management approval, new ideas and methods to improve production efficiencies, CSI, QI, Safety Scorecard. Support the 3 Ps: People ? Turnover, Safety, Associate Engagement; Products ? Quality and consistency of products; Profitability ? Contribute to achievement of Key Initiatives. Experience Requirements: Education Requirements: Candidates must have a 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Poultry Science, Animal Science, or related field or 5 years of equivalent experience. Must be computer literate with skill in Microsoft Office.
