Candidate will be responsible for development of packaging in support of Perdue Farms business needs. Plan, conduct and lead projects with minimal supervision. Candidate must provide salary requirement for consideration. Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience. Possess knowledge of the product/package development process from concept through commercialization. Good understanding of packaging materials, equipment, product/package relationship, and packaging industry. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Technical problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication, planning skills, ability to coordinator multi-task projects. Working knowledge of TOPS, Cape or equivalent. Understanding of TAPPI, ASTM, and/or ISTA testing procedures and related equipment. *cbr* Education Requirements: B.S. in Packaging Engineering or equivalent.
