The incumbent will direct 12 field service engineers with a focused purpose toward achieving excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty. Also, manage financial, regulatory compliance and safety performance of the service region by setting objectives, monitoring individual performance and developing plans to exceed performance in the following areas: Operating Expense, Material Consumption, On-time Preventive Maintenance, Retrofit Completion, First Time Fix, Recovery Time, Inventory Accuracy and Profitability. The incumbent must be able to manage outstanding teamwork within the Customer Support organization and with the local sales management and team to insure that all groups meet objectives and achieve goals. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for service covering the DE/MD area. Skills: Strength in general management, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact in a multi-disciplinary environment both internally and externally. Experience in implementing and managing an automation process or install. Proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Good business writing, presentation and organization skills. Prefer degrees in Business, Management, Electronics, and/or Medical Technology.
