Market Operations Liaison

The Market Operations Liaison is a senior operations position in a market reporting to a Market Operations Manager in a centralized structure  Responsible for processing Service Requests and other operational functions  wire  cashiering  etc  for the Market  These functions include  1  prioritizing  transmitting  distributing and receiving orders  reports and messages  2  receiving incoming securities and payment from clients and Financial Advisors Researches and resolves complex problems relating to client accounts and inquiries  Works closely with the Market Operations Manager to ensure that all operational functions within the Market are being properly executed  Approve Non principle related Service Requests  Acts as a Point of contact for operational and Service Request inquiries from associates in the Market  Also works with Market Operations Manager and Operational staff to coordinate the Market workflow  requests  and procedures within the Market to ensure consistent and efficient processing  Assists the Market Operations Manager in confidential matters  including compliance visits and requests  and other operational issues  Monitors and enforces compliance policy and company practices  All other duties as assigned  REQUIREMENTS  Series 7  63 licensing required with 3 years industry experience  Mon  Fri  8 00am  5 00pm
