Qualifications • A minimum of 10 years of consulting services experience as a licensed engineer with mission critical and non-mission critical project experience • Must be a proven results oriented individual with a professional track record in providing profitable professional services coupled with a high level of client satisfaction • Must have ability to work well with other peers of al levels and organize and motivate teams that distinctly values the contributions of all individuals . Strong communication and presentation skills • Possess a passion for continuous learning and intense intellectual curiosity relating to the area of professional practice and competence, demonstrated in the authorship of technical papers and experience in delivery/presentation of technical educational programs . A sustained record of accomplishment as a hands-on PIC on major projects . Must be willing to travel to the client site on an as needed basis (Up to 50% travel) . BS degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
