To continue providing exemplary and value-added quantitative research to clients through a coordinated effort within the quantitative strategy team. Key Accountabilities: Develop an expertise in quantatative strategy ? Support and answer client queries as they relate to coverage ? Assist in the development and maintenance of quantatative analysis spreadsheets ? Coordinate, generate and maintain research reports, presentations and databases ? Help coordinate month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting activities ? Participate in and assist with morning comments and research reports ? Provide research support to analyst as required ? Assist with special projects, presentations and initiatives as assigned Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): ? MBA, CPA, or degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Enrolment in the CFA program a plus. ? Solid knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis, as well as advanced proficiency MS Excel. ? 2+ years of Accounting, Financial and/or Quantatative Analysis experience. ? Experienced in creating and working with complex analytical models. ? Professional and proficient written and verbal communication skills. ? Good understanding of financial/stock market. ? Energetic, self motivated, well organized and able to prioritize work and multi-task effectively. ? Detail oriented with an ability to work independently and under strict deadlines. ? Interested in working in a demanding and dynamic environment that requires flexibility and willingness to travel. ? Superior customer service focus and attitude for internal and external clients. ? Comfortable picking up the phone and calling company management and clients. ? Good inter-personal skills and the ability to work and coordinate effectively within a team environment. ? Commitment to task and flexibility to work extended hours when required. ? Strong PC and MSOffice skills, as well as an ability to source data from the Internet and Bloomberg.
