Great Production Management Opportunity with Global Pharmaceutical Leader! Global leader in the development and production of pharmaceuticals seeks a Production Manager to direct all packaging operations at this large manufacturing site. The Production Manager will direct a group of 180+ in the packaging of drugs and drug products, over multiple product lines. This large site has over 200 SKUs. The Production Manager will be responsible for leading change management for system improvements, overseeing a budget of $25MM. Requirements * B.S. in Engineering, Pharmacy or science related discipline; MS preferred. * 5+ years direct supervisory - management experience in a GMP dosage pharmaceutical environment * Experience managing multiple projects, leading multiple groups of employees in a high speed manufacturing environment * Proven leadership and communications skills and a track record of mentoring and developing subordinates * In-depth knowledge of compliance with GMP, DEA, FDA, ICH, EPA, and the ability to drive overall compliance in these areas.
