Sr. Group Manager, B2B Marketing Location: Piscataway, NJ Develops and executes marketing communications and campaigns which align with the companys overall business objectives and strategic initiatives. Manages the marketing activities and programs to support and drive business for our audiologist and hearing aid dispenser network in the United States and Canada. This includes providing marketing agency creative services with internal resources or through 3rd parties for our audiologist and hearing care professional network, participating in our Loyalty Program, S3. Enhances companys image through targeted communications programs to hearing care professionals, such as advertising, event sponsorships and trade shows. Responsible for developing communications to our dispenser network, which encompass activities centered on product introductions, newsletters, professional web portal Supervision and Scope: Reporting to VP of Marketing, directs overall activities of the B2B marketing services staff, including the supervision of 6-8 direct reports and external marketing and advertising agencies. Functional Responsibilities: ? Plan and direct implementation of a comprehensive marketing communications program to promote the Siemens Hearing Instruments brand and enhance perceptions of the company among hearing care professional audiences in the United States and Canada. ? Manage multiple internal clients and stakeholders, including heads of sales that have ownership for large distribution chains and independent hearing care professional offices across U.S. and Canada ? Initiate, develop, manage, evaluate, coordinate and administer programs, policies and procedures relative to Siemens Hearing Instruments marketing services to support and fulfill needs of customers participating in SHI S3 Loyalty Program. Functional areas include, but are not limited to: design, advertising, mailers, website development and maintenance, sales programs and analytics. Provide input and concepts for sales promotions ? Working in conjunction with Product Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams, develop product introduction materials for Siemens Hearing Instruments professional network, including launch package, multimedia collateral, webinars, content for professional website, newsletter and other vehicles of communication face-to-face and virtual. Includes development of sales tools for the field and our customers. A high degree of creativity and communication skills is required to ensure compelling and competitive approach and content. ? Develop and monitor budgets to ensure production of quality materials and programs at competitive costs. ? Working with Events and Global Marketing teams, support and promote events targeted at hearing care professionals, which could include trade and Siemens sponsored events to support units business objectives and enhance perception of Siemens Hearing ? Support creative design of executive presentations ? Establish, monitor and report key performance metrics for B2B marketing team. Apply business acumen to identify, promote and replicate effective campaigns and programs. ? Oversee, implement and enforce, with staff and agencies, Siemens corporate identity and brand design standards and assure compliance and regulatory requirements and met. ? Act as a change agent and provide input on department processes, organizational structure and budget. Qualifications: ? College degree (BS/BA) in related discipline required. MBA or advanced degree in marketing communications, or relevant hands-on experience preferred. ? Minimum of 10-12 years prior experience required with broad range of marketing and/or communications functions with a major, multinational corporation. Relevant cross-cultural experience desirable. Agency experience a plus. Healthcare experience preferred ? Management experience dealing with several tactical functions including advertising, corporate identity, online communications, publications, professional community relations and executive communications. ? Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong interpersonal and team building skills. ? Ability to function as a partner in supporting achievement of overall marketing objectives and provide functional leadership to marketing communications professionals. ? Experience in budget planning, monitoring and controlling marketing and/or co-op budgets. Ability to work in a structured financial and purchasing environment, manage activities and personnel to a Service Level Agreement.
