The Business Process Analyst isrequired to meet Bank/Client Partner (Domestic and International and are Internal and External) contractual and/or commitment tasks. Maintains and develops the documentation of moderate to complex process performance analysis. Exercises some discretion and judgment in the preparation of process performance and internal control analysis in such areas pertaining to Business Service Levels but not limited to Service Delivery, Payment Solutions, Call Centers, New Account Services and Dispute Resolution Services. Prepares routine daily, weekly, monthly reporting. Analyzes current results and trends in process performance measures as compared to the Legal Service Level Agreements. Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management and participates in the problem resolution. Preparation of Reports: * Gathers daily weekly and monthly measures from assigned business units and validate calculation methodology in order to manage and document compliance of Service Level Agreements. * Prepare and complete scorecards, penalty cards, risk assesments, charts, graphs, dashboards, spreadsheets, complete peer edit checks, monthly books, in powerpoint and adobe presentations. Communication: Prepare contractual reporting for the Banks/Clients (External) and FDMS (Internal) to be distributed in written format. Participate and explain variances to the targets/SLAs in the communication of results in facilitated meetings/conference calls. Manage but not limited to assigned Bank/Clients interpret Client contract Service Level Agreements and Penalty requirements, Termination Clauses and Force Majeure. Analysis, Identify Impacts and Driving Change in the business process: This is completed through charts and graphs from MiniTab and excel that allow you to trend the data and identify business opportunities to improve Client Satisfaction. Through process changes, new products + services, new tools + systems on the process performance measure and bring these inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. Participate in the problem resolution of the findings. Assist in completion and communication of Request for Proposals, New Business, and weekly FCST risk financial. Candidate Requirements * 2-4 year college degree or equivalent experience * 1-3 years Quality experience * 2-4 years work experience in main function of the Company.
