Coordinate all portions of bank/partner/user logistics for the use of the tracking tool. Components include: Performing multiple detailed tasks including working with bank/partner/users to ensure seamless execution of discovery, setup, implementation, training, reporting helpdesk support, and work flow management as these relate to the tracking tool. The Data Analyst will utilize the appropriate systems to build fields, assign access grants, create/modify screen layouts, and ensure data access controls are properly set. This analyst will also be responsible for data management and data cleansing within the tracking tool.This analyst will provide customer service to a variety of system users and partners who are depending on accurate tracking data to drive business decisions. Identifying reporting criteria and helping create and distribute reports are key components of this job. This position is focused on growing organic revenue by improving sales effectiveness and diversifying our products and services through cooperation with other FDC business segments. Other duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements The candidate will need to have database experience, create complex queries and be able to code simple automation where necessary. The candidate will need to be able to work with datasets in excess of 1000000 rows. The candidate must be able to perform de-duplication and data cleanup using various tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com, demand tools, access and Sql server databases. The candidate requires the following competencies: professionalism, leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, critical and independent thinking, and self-management. A strong knowledge of the Sales Lead Tracking Tool is required. Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Four years business degree helpful or equivalent experience. Ability to manage multi-detailed tasks. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management to promote cooperative efforts and build agreement on issues. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
