Trainer

Here is the entire project description. The Trainer will be required to write end user training for the new Workflow process. Combine Adobe interactive forms with SAP Workflow to provide a user-friendly vehicle to complete data forms for a variety of business needs with benefits including: * Validate forms electronically for completeness and accuracy. * Route forms for completion and approval. * Generate e-mail notifications and alerts through Outlook. * Monitor / track status of forms in approval and execution processes. * Invoke automated transaction execution in SAP where appropriate. * Provided ability to electronically monitor end-to-end process performance (SLAs). * Identification of process bottlenecks for implementation of corrective action. The overall goal of this project is to implement an automated workflow solution with an interactive Adobe Forms front end to be used for Record to Record processes. Details include: * Project to be rolled out in 4 phases with goal of the pilot being to implement 3 forms to the Prague and North America Shared Service Centers. * The three initial forms will consist of Master Data requests, process Journal Entries and Financial Closing requirements. * Forms will integrate with existing SAP infrastructure and will be accessed through existing SAP Enterprise portal.
