Description: - VICE PRESIDENT BPM (11608) Job Description VICE PRESIDENT BPM-11608 Description The VP, Business Process Management (BPM) ensures the segment effectively aligns business processes with customer needs. The position drives higher quality internal products and services, continually improving customer service and satisfaction while strengthening operational efficiencies and effectiveness * Translate segment and department strategies/ goals into actionable projects that support a culture of process excellence * Build relationships with key sponsors and client base to drive continuous improvement. * Ensure value capture of hard savings to free up capital to fuel growth * Optimize alignment for efficiency to eliminate non-value added activities * Institutionalize training and development of talent * Leverage best practices and develop consistent use of methodology and tools * Shift from cultural acceptance to BAU * Focus on process improvement, operational excellence, change management leadership, and lean techniques as it relates to various functional areas * Provide support for project selection, scoping, delivery, reviewing and reporting to ensure effective application of six sigma tools, and alignment with business vision and strategy * Coach, mentor and lead cross-functional project teams through the various phases of the Lean Six Sigma methodologies to produce transformational results on key initiatives covering quality, productivity, cycle- time and growth. Lead & Facilitate Six Sigma Workouts and Lean Kaizen Events Complexity: * Focus on digital, global and productivity goals; the position needs to define good business processes for a new generation of users. * Develop culture focused on quality products and services * Improve productivity, execution, and understanding of customers needs * Facilitate process improvement. * The challenge for this position is not only to make the right decisions but to train others to be able to apply Six Sigma principles appropriately. * Operating in a changing business environment, provide thought leadership, consultation to the corporate segment units and six sigma expertise to help ensure corporate segment units are efficiently and effectively supporting the changing business models in the business segments Qualifications * Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification * Bachelor degree(Master degree preferred) with a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience or equivalent * Leadership and managerial experience to work across business units * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships at all levels of the organization and successful interaction with a range of personalities and styles.
