Description Title: Clinical Program Manager Location: MD, Gaithersburg - Corporate Headquarters Req: 02069 Position Summary: Major Duties and Responsibilities: o Lead operational activities for multiple trials o Lead multiple cross functional project teams o Manage all CRO activity for assigned trials o Plan and lead Investigator Meetings o Forecast and manage Clinical Trial budgets o Responsible for Clinical Trial timelines o Lead data review process for CPM team o Lead process improvement initiatives o Review and approves protocol and template Informed Consent Forms Position Requirements Special Skills/Abilities: o Focuses on team interaction and cooperation rather than individual heroics o Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects o Chooses ones own behaviors and responses carefully based on awareness of how it impacts others and their performance o Interacts effectively with senior individuals outside of working group o Frequent inter-organizational and outside contacts o Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects Job Complexity: o Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems o Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational objectives o Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects o Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources Supervision: o Works under only general direction. o Independently determines and develops approach to solutions o Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives Educational Requirements Requirements/Qualifications: Education: o BA/BS + minimum 7 years or equivalent Experience: o Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field. o General knowledge of other related disciplines. o Specific knowledge of data collection and review o Specific knowledge of specimen and lab collection, regulatory processes, compliance, and IVR o Thorough comprehension of assigned training curriculum Company Info None Specified
