* Monitor and analyze policy developments relevant to transparent and accountable extractive revenue management in RWI countries of concern; * Formulate and express RWI policy recommendations on extractive sector governance and management issues; * Conduct field visits and prepare assessments and analysis for internal consumption and/or external publication; * Provide strategic guidance and assistance in undertaking new RWI interventions; * Further develop and maintain strategic relationships with policy-makers, private sector actors, financial institutions and civil society in RWI countries of concern. Qualifications * MA in International Relations with a focus on Energy Studies; * At least 30 months of research/policy experience on energy-related issues.
