Field Sales Rep Job Responsibilities ? Selling the Sonicare power toothbrush to dental professionals to dispense to patients ? Selling Sonicare trial power toothbrushes to dental professionals to evaluate so they can recommend to patients ? Fully understanding the science and clinical significance behind the Sonicare power toothbrush, its uses and the market ? Organizing territory to allow for efficient and effective coverage of all dental professional offices within territory geography ? Completing all administrative duties as per company policy ? Maintain current field territory responsibilities designed to develop dental professional trial, build recommendations and grow product dispensing base ? Achieve all key performance indicator activity; # of presentations, trial unit sales, # of lunch & learns to dental professionals, new dispenser acquisition and revenue growth vs. prior year ? Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the Dental Community ? Develop partnerships with internal customer service reps to maximize territory coverage efficiency ? Utilize sales force automation tools & CRM database daily ? Manage sales expenses responsibly ? Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as defined by territory needs ? Conduct presentations to dental residency programs within dental schools ? Partner with local dental societies and corporate supported study clubs ? Work in conjunction with the Dental Program Development Manager to support all activities within Key Accounts ? Participate in additional projects as assigned by the Regional Manager ? Be a resource for Philips Oral Healthcare, the Dental Division and the regional team Your Profile: Field Sales Rep Job Qualifications ? 4-year college degree ? 3 to 5 years of previous sales experience with a track record of success achieving all sales objectives ? Previous experience selling products business to business ? Previous dental or medical experience is a plus but not essential ? Must speak fluent English ? Must live in territory (no relo provided) ?
