Princeton HealthCare System is currently searching for a Performance Improvement Coordinator for the University Medical Center at Princeton. The Performance Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for the production and submission of clinical data reports as requested by administration, clinical departments, or committees using available information systems and databases. Participates in the analysis, interpretation, and monitoring of clinical data and in the design and development of performance improvement reports. The emphasis on function is facilitating multidisciplinary teams and using data to support improvement within the nursing department- collaborates as necessary with the hospital Performance Improvement Department. Qualified candidates will have an RN license in the State of New Jersey. BSN preferred or Associates degree with prior PI experience.
