BASIC FUNCTION * Assist in developing customer specific marketing strategies and programs that generate consumer demand for Revlon Corporate Brands. In doing so, ensure that marketing initiatives are consistent with both Revlon / Almay / Beauty Care brand and customer strategy. * Lead all program execution from inception through launch, managing customer deadlines and internal timelines. * Be a valued marketing resource to the customer teams, identifying and highlighting program opportunities as well as serving as the process expert to deliver against team marketing needs. * Be a customer resource to the marketing teams, understanding key customer strategies, priorities and sell-in requirements. Major Duties: * Support the Senior Customer Marketing Manager & CBD teams to develop specific marketing strategies and programs that support the overall Drug Channel strategic business plan. * Assist in analysis and competitive marketplace review to identify key insights, trends and opportunities. * Regular communication with CBD teams to highlight new needs / opportunities. * Manage monthly brand / customer meetings ensuring aligment of Customer Brand Drivers with brand marketing plans. Includes montly review of brand drivers & BIL, identification of key customer team and brand needs, and on-going administration. * Lead execution of all marketing programs from concept through execution. Includes: * Developing a strong understanding of the promotional program processes & timelines, key cross-functional partners, and systems (i.e. RPMS, BLUE, TOAs, etc). * Developing a strong understanding of past promotional performance, best practices and resources available for future programs. * Identifying program opportunities with CBD / Brand teams and developing plans that meet feasibility and profitability considerations. * Leading program development, including providing key program parameters and managing cross-functional execution, and timelines, to ensure that program objectives and deadlines are met. * Ensuring 360 brand marketing consistency. * Attending bi-weekly taskforce meetings for Revlon, Almay, and Beauty Care to monitor program status to identify and develop solutions for any delays or program issues. * Lead development of customer circular materials based on circular plan. * Monthly review of circular plan to ensure continued maximization of levers (i.e. features in-line with priorities, advertising and FSI plan). * Write and input brand approved creative briefs. * Review creative vetting with CBD and brand teams where required, ensuring 360 consistency. * Deliver on-time and via customer defined parameters. * Continually evaluate opportunities to maximize efficiences within the Drug Channel CBD team (i.e. promotional synergies, process improvements, etc). * Be a key resource to the on-going marketing needs of the CBD teams, identifying and delivering requirements in a timely manner (i.e. trade-show materials, sell-in meeting materials, wall reset / comp needs, etc). * Build strong working relationships with key cross-functional partners,including CBMs, Program Management, Anthem, brand partners, finance, and Oxford. * Primary interaction: * Customer Team: Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Customer Business Managers, Team Leaders * Brand Marketing: Product Managers & Brand Directors * Project Management: Project Managers and Program Managers * Finance * Operations * Creative Marketing: Internal and External Resources Qualifications * Marketing background, with an understanding of the key retail marketing levers. * Understand cost structures and P&L implications of building programs. * Strong organization skills with a proactive attitude and ability to troubleshoot. * Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of cross-funcational teams. * Ability to interact with all levels of management. * Strong communication skills both oral and written. * Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet established timelines. * Strong computer skills including all MS Office applications.
