Job Functions Manage commercial services Hudson Valley region team of account executives focused on field sales of Telephone and Video within a defined sales territory. Planning, directing and day-to-day management of a field-based sales team. Oversee all team hiring, training/ development and sales performance evaluation. Responsible for achieving monthly team revenue quota. Oversee the processing of commercial sales orders and documentation required for accurate and timely turn-up of accounts. Insure consistency and accuracy by all team members of sales databases that are necessary to report sales activity and customer information. Coordinate work flow between supporting teams and departments. Conduct weekly team meetings to review sales team performance and goals. Serve as a company PR liaison at industry, community and vertical market events and attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management. Job Requirements/Qualifications BA degree 3+ years sales management experience- ideally managing teams selling in the commercial Telephone and Video market. Proven track record of success in managing a quota based sales team. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
