Personal Banker 1

The Personal Banker 1 builds long term relationships with existing and new retail and or small business customers  ensures retention  and provides excellent service in all customer interactions  The banker s key responsibility is to discover and recommend solutions  cross sell retail small business products and services  initiate partner referrals that meet the customer s needs and financial goals  Personal Bankers may reach out into the community by visiting businesses  making outbound calls to customers  and conducting educational seminars in the community    1  Consistently meets sales and referral goals  2  Profiles every customer  3  Proactively engages with retail and or small business customers  4  Maintains product knowledge of all bank products and services  5  Actively educates tellers and other staff as appropriate  6  Efficiently and accurately process retail customer transactions  7  Consistently provides quality customer service  8  Effectively resolves difficult customer situations  9 Assists with other Store duties as required  REQUIREMENTS  Basic Qualifications  1  year previous experience selling products and services and 1  year experience interacting with people or customers  Minimum Qualifications  Proven ability to achieve sales goals  demonstrated skill in use of computers  positive approach in interactions with customers and team members  reliable attendance  professionalism  verbal written communication and presence  Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays  Preferred Qualifications  Experience in retail sales or the financial industry and experience meeting customer satisfaction goals  Multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply
