Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct classroom/laboratory chemical agent monitoring and analytical training courses * Update/develop standard operating procedures * Update/develop laboratory course materials * Maintain analytical instrumentation; perform preventive and corrective maintenance procedures * Generate/containerize hazardous waste Critical Skills: * Well spoken articulate individual * Ability to work individually or is a group setting * Self motivated * Ability to troubleshoot and repair analytical instrumentation Required Skills: Additional Skills: * 1-5 years of working experience. * Instruction or teaching experience. * Experience operating the following instrumentation: Agilent 6890 Gas Chromatograph (GC) equipped with Flame Photometric Detector, Flame Ionization Detector, and 5973 Mass Selective Detector (MSD); Automatic Continuous Air Monitoring System (ACAMS); and Miniature Continuous Air Monitoring System (MINICAMS). * Ability to pick up and move 50 pounds.
