• Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design. Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions. Understands a broad spectrum of HP technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements.

• Often leads small to medium technical projects. Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives. Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate.

• Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment. Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments.

• Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement.

• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.

• Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value. Demonstrates execution of the HP strategy.

• Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learnings are documented and shared. Role models Focuses on single customer. Solves diverse and complex. May lead a project team.

Position Prerequisites:00S36H - Tech Cons III: Position Location: Washington, DC Position Org ID: 2043782 Position Type: Full Time Schedule Type: Normal Benefit Type: Salaried Position Start Date: 6/01/2009 Job Description: This candidate will develop Lotus Notes- based applications and web sites for the Human Resources Recruitment unit. * Develop and deploy Lotus Notes software applications for Lotus Notes and web browser clients. * Develop and implement Lotus Notes applications that interface with data from other systems and internal applications such as manufacturing, accounting and human resources. * Provide IT support for custom Lotus Notes applications. * Provide on-going user functional support, perform system enhancements/upgrades and provide trouble shooting for Lotus Notes applications. * Design and integrate graphics for web sites, brochures, presentations, and other communication pieces. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: * Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in Lotus Notes development or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Excellent application design and development skills and the ability to discern and apply Lotus Notes technology where appropriate. * Advanced knowledge and experience with Lotus Notes development including: LotusScript and Lotus @Formula * Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and ODBC * Ability to work within a multi- disciplinary team. * Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred: * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Aptrix * Lotus Technical Certification * Demonstrated a graphic design portfolio with proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
