-Coordinate and manage deal process reporting from inception to post closing, including document retention to meet compliance with regulatory authorities. -Contributes to the overall effectiveness of the group by managing calendar functions, preparing presentations and memos, handling/distributing mail, making copies, maintaining office equipment/supplies, preparing expense reports/invoices, and coordinating travel arrangements. -Handles confidential information and documents as well as maintaining confidential files. -Provides administrative support and back-up to other team members and administrative assistants as required. Required Qualifications - Minimum three to five years experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior level management. - Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes. Ability to multitask, prioritize a dynamic workload, and posses strong organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to listen, take notes and write effectively. Demonstrated ability to follow through on assignments, solve problems and make decisions within scope. Proven ability to work with confidential information.
