You are needed for a company that has been delivering on the promise of biotechnology for more than 30 years! Reporting to the Functional Manager, Clinical Study Associates, you will serve as the Clinical Trial Associate I and will be responsible for providing logistical support for one or more clinical trials, commensurate with complexity and throughout study start-up, conduct, and close-out. Specific responsibilities include: * Perform job duties with minimal guidance * Communicate with sites regarding trial start-up, conduct, and close-out activities * Collect and review regulatory documents from clinical sites * Initiate, maintain, and reconcile the Trial Master File * Organize and maintain tracking systems and tools to support the conduct of a clinical study from start-up to close-out * Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of study metrics * Coordinate communication of tracking information between Clinical Operations and vendors * Manage and track study specific payments and clinical/non-clinical supplies * Generate and review management reports from internal tracking systems at requested intervals * Coordinate investigator meeting planning, including preparing meeting materials and on-site meeting implementation * Collaborate with the Clinical Trial Manager on the development of certain study specific plans and/or processes * Provide support to the Protocol Execution Team Requirements: Qualifying for this opportunity requires: * A Bachelors Degree and a minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or equivalent combination of education and experience * Knowledge of ICH/GCP * Training in Regulatory Compliance * Proficient computer skills across multiple applications * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Good judgment in triaging calls from study sites * Ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure that tasks are completed on time * Ability to effectively collaborate with team members * Travel may be required for this role Due to the precise requirements of this position, we will only be contacting candidates that meet all of the listed criteria.
