Software Quality Assurance

This person develops, publishes, and implements test plans; writes and maintains test automation; and develops quality assurance standards. This person defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. This person relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This person performs a variety of tasks. This person works under general supervision; typically this person reports to a manager. Requirements: This requires a Bachelors degree and 2-4 years of experience coding in C, C++, and Java. Candidates must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. This person must be familiar with NT, UNIX and/or Solaris environments. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
