Senior Associate, IT Advisory (SAP)

Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our Baltimore or Philadelphia office.

ERP Advisory Services professionals help clients address their enterprise wide system implementation challenges and improve on their investment. We provide unbiased guidance through the project life-cycle allowing clients to see enhanced value to their business.

Responsibilities:

? Participate in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the SAP applications ? Review and map business processes for SAP applications ? Execute the day-to-day activities of SAP advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support and project reviews ? Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within SAP ? Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of SAP advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support and project reviews ? Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel ? Help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients ? Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements

Qualifications:

? Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field ? Knowledge of system implementation methodologies ? Strong analytical skills and the ability to write at a "publication" quality level ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Able to travel at moderate to extensive levels ? Three years of experience with SAP implementations and business process improvements ? Detailed understanding of SAP concepts and general module functionality for financial accounting and reporting, inventory management, sales processing, purchasing and/or human resources ? Able to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points ? Able to work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
