Material Analysts Supervisor

Position Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of Material Analysts. Provide training and direction to Material Support personnel and others across multiple functions relating to the material system. Evaluate and improve upon the processes for material control. Perform Material Analyst functions for programs. Primary contact for program(s) materials using in-depth coordination with Purchasing, Quality, PMO, Receiving, Engineering, and Suppliers. Perform the duties of the Traffic Compliance Manager, to include coordination with broker for exports and supplying all paperwork to broker Files licenses, shipping documents, AES submittals, etc.

Minimum Experience/Educational Qualifications: BS degree. Minimum of 3 years in Material Control with a minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience or technical experience and hands on knowledge of Material Systems. Working knowledge of PIOS system. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Ability to develop queries and write ad hoc reports using Access. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to obtain a security clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.

Desirable Experience/Education Qualification: Export Control. Lean Manufacturing.
