Overview: Lucky Brand is having an Open House interviewing event, looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer service oriented Part-time Sales Associates and Seasonal Associates for the following Lucky Brand locations: Shrewsbury, Tinton Falls and Freehold, NJ. We will conduct on the spot interviews on: Wednesday, November 11th from 10 am ? 5 pm & Thursday, November 12th from 4 pm ? 9 pm. Responsibilities: Sales Associates are required to: Build Talent- Participate in the development and well being of the team. 1. Work well with others and collaborate to build a strong store team. 2. Work with Store Management to set goals for personal skills development Build Capability- Partner with store management team to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activity 1. Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures. 2. Adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business. 3. Perform POS transactions accurately and efficiently and follow all cash handling procedures. 4. Ensure Loss Prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external shortages. 5. Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities. Build the Brand- Promote and support an environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive, in-store customer service. 1. Ensure every customer receives exemplary customer service 2. Ensure customers are your primary focus and all other tasks are secondary. 3. Display expert product knowledge of product, company history, company policy and store/company strategies 4. Provide assistance with floor sets, window changes and other merchandising and visual expectations 5. Meet selling expectations and achieve individual and team sales goals, and contribute to the stores overall success Qualifications: ? Outgoing personality that can interact openly with others ? Customer Service experience preferred ? Demonstrated sales accountability ? Strong personal leadership skills and desire to succeed ? Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers and supervisors ? Ability to receive feedback from management and peers ?
