McGraw-Hill Professional has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Marketing Manager, based in our New York City office. The Associate Marketing Manager will provide marketing and sales support, both domestically and internationally and implement marketing plans for all medical digital subscription products, both current and in development. Essential Accountabilities: Email/Online Marketing: Sourcing monthly product update info from editorial for newsletters; Create & send monthly email newsletter and e-alerts to subscribers announcing product updates & enhancements; Maintain email schedule for primary online products; Solicit information from medical marketing group to support integrated email messages; Update product library pages (LRCs) on monthly, and as needed, basis with materials and updates. Sales & General Support: Send Marketing materials to customers, trade shows, subsidiaries, etc.; Maintain database of intl agent contacts and shipments; Develop general sales support materials; Develop special request materials where appropriate; Develop and maintain library contacts for publicity around product & feature launches; Target key publicity opportunities whether print or online and liaise with in-house publicity team; Create customer/product appropriate surveys; help coordinate Digital Advisory Board and follow-up meetings. Product Marketing planning and implementation: devise and implement approved annual marketing plans and sales support initiatives for specific online products within medical vertical markets; update marketing pages with monthly update information on a set deadline; work with manager to establish and maintain plan budgets; develop/revise marketing material; maintain product branding guidelines; liaise with international counterparts regarding needs for marketing & support. Trade Show Management: Manage trade show schedule; Work with mgr to maintain show budgets; Work with sales and editorial to determine appropriate show materials; Identify show opportunities and target with appropriate tactics; Work with designers to create show materials; Fulfill lead generation promotions; Coordinate with in-house exhibit personnel to make sure equipment and booth is ordered and set-up and proper materials are sent in a timely fashion. Ad campaigns: Identify publications to publicize digital subscription products; Devise copy to relay appropriate marketing message; Work with creative for formatting & design; Maintain product/ad schedule/submission deadlines; Create & maintain Google ads for medical products Qualifications Bachelor degree 2+ years of marketing or sales experience for Medical publications Organization, analytic and verbal and written communication skills a must Online marketing experience required Creative marketing skills and knowledge Detail & goal oriented Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to travel The McGraw-Hill Companies Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Marketing/Communications Primary Location US-NY-New York Organization MH Professional Schedule Full-time EEO We are an equal opportunity employer.
