For more information, visit http://www.standardandpoors.com. We are currently seeking to hire a secretary to support one or more staff members of the Public Finance department. Under general supervision, the selected individual will be responsible for following established procedures and completing specific assignments, such as: * Prepare correspondence, reports, memos and other materials. * Perform secretarial editing of materials typed. * Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and take messages. * Open, sort and distribute departmental mail. * Answer routine inquiries on own. * Maintain calendar in Outlook and schedule meetings * Maintain office files and records. * Order office supplies. * Photocopying, scanning , uploading and associating correspondence, management meeting notes, memos, RAMPS and other financial documents to RDR * Request annual financial audits and other surveillance materials The above description covers the most significant duties required but does not exclude other occasional work assignments, the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the general purpose above.
