Description *****SEND ALL RESUMES TO KATE SURDEZ***** Essential Job Functions: Recruitment: coordinating resumes, communicating with recruiters, coordinating travel and logistics, scheduling interviews, and assuring candidates move smoothly through the interview process. Travel: coordinating travel for the manufacturing department Prepare presentations, reports, flow diagrams, graphs and any other documents as requested. Additional Job Functions: Support other admin assistants as necessary Physical Demands: Noise level: Quiet Vision Requirements: Ability To Adjust Focus Lifting Limits: Up to 10 lbs Position Summary: Support the Facilities and Engineering functions within MedImmune. The support provided is administrative. The position assures smooth operation of the department by providing support as needed. Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of the job. Complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general and detailed aspects of the job, and their practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Supervision Received: Limited supervision. No instructions needed on routine work, and general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments. Consequence of Errors: Errors may be difficult to detect and would normally result in loss of customer business, material, or equipment to resolve. Contacts: Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other departments, and/or representing outside organizations.
