Instruction and supervision of residents in all aspects of daily living, development and implementation of consumer goals, supervision and participation in maintenance and housekeeping activities. Provides oversight and guidance to direct care staff on designated shifts. Ensure completion of required duties for each shift. Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency related information. Requirements High school diploma or GED with two years related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience. At least 18 years of age. NYS Drivers License that meets agency policy.
