Princeton HealthCare System is currently searching for a per diem Physical Therapist at the University Medical Center and affords the option of working with in-patients and out-patients. The Phsyical Therapist will receieve an excellent therapy group, very supportive management, and an individualized orientation. New grads welcome! The per diem Physical Therapist is responsible for performing a patient examination in a technically competent manner. Evaluates clinical findings to determine diagnosis and outcomes of care. Designs a plan of care that integrates goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge plan. Performs interventions in a competent manner. Adapts delivery of care to reflect respect for and sensitivity to individual differences. Adheres to ethical practice standards. Produces documentation to support the delivery of therapy services. Communicates in ways that are congruent with situational needs. Addresses patient needs for other services. Educates others using relevant and effective teaching methods. Incorporates an understanding of economic factors in the delivery of services and maintains compliance with productivity standards of the department as specified in the staffing plan. Uses support personnel according to legal standards and ethical guidelines. Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and is licensed by the New Jersey Board of Physical Therapy.
