Princeton HealthCare System is currently searching for a part time Recruiter Associate for Merwick Care Center.  The individual hired into this position will work 10-15 hours per week

The Recruiter Associate will work on site at Merwick Care Center to assist with pre-hire process.  This individual will greet walk in candidates and manage the overall candidate walk in flow. They will assist candidates with the online application process.  He/she will evaluate candidates against position requirements, if applicable, and manage candidates status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  The Recruiter Associate will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful transition of candidates to employees.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma. College degree is preferred but not required. Must have the ability to work independently, is exceptionally organized, and has strong administrative skills.  The Recruiter Associate uses his/her knowledge of client needs to effectively pre-screen candidates against position requirements.  He/she understands how to effectively screen in, or screen out candidates.  Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, he/she has the ability interact effectively across all levels of the organization.  A successful Recruiter Associate has the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients in person and via the phone.
