Princeton HealthCare System is currently searching for a full time, days, Environmental Services Worker for The University Medical Center at Princeton. Environmental Service Workers are responsible for sweeping, dusting, drying and wet moping, vacuums, properly utilizes wet floor? sign, cleans vents and televisions. Uses proper dilution of germicide when cleaning. Spot washes, or wash entire walls, ceilings and inside windows, using proper germicide cleaning solutions. Damp dusts using proper germicide. Performs high dusting, including ceilings, drapes and tops of lockers. Washes all beds, mattresses and furniture in rooms. Washes lights and light fixtures. Cleans sinks, toilets, mirrors, and showers. Gathers and disposes of trash, wash wastebaskets, and large refuse containers and replace liners. Disposes of all medical waste according to the Infection Control Manual. Replenishes supply of paper towels, toilet tissues and soap. Maintains supply cart by cleaning and stocking properly. Keeps equipment with him/her while working. Reports any defective outlets, electrical fixtures or any other MCAP property that is in need of repairs to the supervisor. Qualified candidates will have High School Education (preferred). Must be able to understand both oral and written instructions. Must have good oral communications skills.
